About
If you’re feeling uncertain, disconnected, or struggling with intimacy, identity, or sexual wellbeing, you’re not alone. Many people seek therapy because they want a space where they can speak openly, feel understood, and reconnect with themselves or their relationships in a way that feels safe, respectful, and affirming.
I’m Daniel Di Pietro, a Melbourne-based sexologist and psychotherapist providing sex therapy and relational support for individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures across Australia via telehealth. I work empathically and collaboratively with people of all cultural, gender, and sexual identities, offering a confidential, non-judgmental space where your experiences and concerns are met with care, curiosity, and dignity.
I specialise in supporting challenges around intimacy and connection, desire discrepancy, pleasure and intimate pain, sexual functioning, kink and fetish-related concerns, navigating sexual and gender identity, relational difficulties, and male sexual health. My approach is holistic and client-centred, helping you access your strengths and develop practical tools to move through the challenges you’re facing.
My work is grounded in humanistic therapeutic interventions that are emotion-focused, experiential and tailored to your individual needs and experiences. I aim to create an emotionally supportive environment where you can better understand, connect with, and make sense of your emotional world in creating space for meaningful, lasting change. I am also trained in the Gottman Methods for relational therapy, supporting couples and partnerships in strengthening communication, trust, and emotional connection.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, healing, or deeper connection, you’re welcome here. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a session and begin this work together.
